Redact multiple files quickly

This video demonstrates how to open a folder containing multiple PDF files in pdfMachine Ultimate, apply redactions to specific areas in each file, and navigate through the documents while changes are automatically saved.

Steps in Video:

1. Open the menu.

2. Select 'File', then 'Open Folder'.

3. Navigate to and select the folder containing the PDF files.

4. Confirm that you want pdfMachine to automatically save changed files on next/previous PDF.

5. Open the menu again.

6. Select 'Tools', then 'Redact'.

7. Draw a redaction box over the area you wish to redact.

8. Click 'Apply Redactions' to permanently hide the selected area.

9. Click the 'Next PDF' arrow to move to the next document in the folder. The changes to the current PDF will be automatically saved.

10. Draw redaction boxes and apply redactions to the next PDF.

11. Continue redacting and navigating through the remaining PDFs in the folder.
